FAQ
A great first step is getting a body composition scan. I recommend an InBody scan (often free at local nutrition stores — GNC does not offer this) or a DEXA scan if available. These scans give insight into your body fat percentage and lean muscle mass.
Keep in mind, the goal is not to lose every ounce of body fat. The objective is to get you to a healthy, sustainable weight that you can maintain long term.
If scans are not an option, you can look up estimated ideal body weight based on your height, age, and current weight. This will give you a rough idea of which program to start with. That said, I do this professionally — once I review your information, I’ll guide you in the right direction regardless.
Your programs and meal plans are emailed directly to you.
Because of the download links included, emails may sometimes land in your spam or promotions folder. Please check there if you don’t see it in your main inbox.
This is one of the most common concerns I hear. The answer is never “you can’t do it.”
I work with many clients who have full-time jobs, families, and busy schedules. Prioritizing your health often means making time, not finding time. Meal prepping does not need to be done daily — setting aside even one hour every few days can make a massive difference.
If you feel like you don’t have that time, it may be worth reevaluating your schedule and priorities. Your health is an investment, not an inconvenience.
Yes. As long as you are able to complete the client intake form fully and accurately on their behalf, I can create a plan for them.
All plans are individually customized, but progress still requires execution.
Common reasons for stalled progress include:
Incorrect food weighing or portion tracking
Not pushing hard enough in training or cardio
Inconsistent adherence to the program
I cannot force progress for you — but I do provide the tools, structure, and guidance needed to achieve it. Your results depend on your effort.
If you are following the program exactly and still not seeing progress, use the support email linked in your materials so we can reassess and make adjustments if needed.
Yes. I do not have a strict age limit.
However, if you are under 18, a parent or guardian must complete payment to confirm they have given permission for you to receive services.
